Nuvole makes all of this easier with innovative, easy-to-use, attractive intranet solutions based on Open Atrium, a popular Drupal distribution used by such organizations as the World Bank, the US Department of Homeland Security, the United Nations World Food Programme.

Your existing technologies will be integrated into one system and your existing data and users will be imported. Users can be divided in groups, each having access to a different set of features.

Standard features for each group include:

  • Discussions: questions and answers between team members, with file attachments and optional, user-friendly, e-mail notifications.
  • Calendar: a calendar that lets you quickly add events, import iCal and other calendar resources, and support single or multi-day events.
  • Knowledge base: a simple wiki-style online handbook that lets you collaborate on documents, store and compare revisions, attach files, and once you're done print out the final copy.
  • Shoutbox: share short SMS-like messages, links, and information with just the people in your group.
  • Case Tracker: create projects, assign tasks, classify the to-do items, give them a priority, and monitor their status.
  • Dashboard: the appearance of your intranet can be customized with mini widgets that give you a snapshot of all the activity happening across your groups; you can arrange it the way you wish.

Based on your needs, Nuvole can then implement additional features, such as:
