The session was not recorded, unfortunately. But we will cover the main concepts, including the one you mentioned, i.e., hook_update_N() vs. hook_install() in some blog posts in the coming weeks.

Thanks for sharing the slides, I could not make it to the presentation in CPH, and it was a real shame it didn't get video taped.

Just reading the slides is pretty easy to understand the work-flow, so seems to me you did a good job with the presentation =)
